Order
To place an order on the website the customer must be of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity for this purpose, and must provide all the information required for payment and shipment of the same. Placing an order implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale, prices, quantities and other conditions. www.paolamolet.com will not be responsible for any problems due to errors in the information provided by the customer.
Once the order has been placed, www.paolamolet.com will send an order confirmation e-mail containing all the significant data of the order, number, articles, price, shipping costs, etc.
www.paolamolet.com reserves the right to reject orders that correspond to items whose information is incorrect or that are not in stock for a previous sale, or orders that are fraudulent or have been made by a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous purchase, in these cases, the user will be sent an email communicating this decision and if the amount of the purchase has already been paid, it will be refunded as soon as possible.
Methods of payment
THE GENDER BRAND S.L. accepts payment of purchases made through its website with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. The charge will be made online, that is to say, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once it has been verified that the communicated data are correct.
Payment with PayPal
All transactions are carried out through secure payment systems and confidential payment data are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the bank. The information is sent encrypted with a strength of 256bits, avoiding security problems and that customer data can reach third parties. Installing a digital certificate is recommended by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The certificates carry a civil liability insurance to cover damages in case of failure.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We offer different shipping options that the customer can choose when placing the order.
- Shipping by courier. Approximate delivery time 3 to 6 days, cost 4,90 €.
All orders placed and whose payment is confirmed before 13.00 hours, will be delivered to the carrier during the next working day.
The times and costs indicated refer and are valid only for shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, for shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, or other countries, please contact us and we will inform you of the corresponding shipping costs.
Returns
Returns are regulated by Law 23/2003 published in the BOE on July 10, 2003. The customer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the order to communicate their desire to return an item, after this period the goods will be considered accepted and will not be accepted for return.
The customer must examine the shipment upon receipt, in the event that any incident or damage visible from outside the packaging is observed, it must be noted on the delivery note of the carrier.
To make a return the customer must contact our Customer Service Department, hello@paolamolet.com, communicating in writing in a detailed and specific way, the reasons for the return. Then, the Customer Service department will advise you on how to make the return in an agile and fast way, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
We will only accept the return of items that are in perfect condition, with the security seal intact, with all the labels placed in their original place and with all the accessories that make up the item, we will not accept washed, damaged, stained items or with signs of having been used. Items must be returned in their original packaging, the return must always be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note and invoice, as well as a document indicating in detail the reason for the return.
The refund of the return will be made within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of the returned item and acceptance of the return, through the same means of payment used. The original shipping costs of the order will not be refunded. The return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
In the case of non-accepted returns, the Customer Service Department will contact the customer to inform him/her of this decision and offer to resend the item, being in this case the shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
Warranty
All items supplied and marketed by www.paolamolet.com, are authentic, new and unused. We are absolutely against imitations, counterfeits or any other illegal, fraudulent or contrary to the good faith of our customers. In the event that any product has a defect this would be indicated in the description of the product. The warranty is regulated by Law 7/1996.
